online /offline gta v using rage

hi i need help   my question is :  why on my laptop i run ragemp  ( gta5 reloaded on my usb)  so i  play  online the gta 5  ,  but when i am on my pc  i run ragwmp (gta5  reloaded on my usb) so direclty  the game go offline  so i  play it offline  not online ???????????

  i have the gta5 in a folder in usb   i was trying to copy it on pc but nothing change i still have the same problem on pc i  play ragemp  launch  it will be directed  to the offline game from the beginning as i run the game offline i cant see the ragemp loading after press on the server and load the game  just  the game run offline

Try to copy GTA to the folder where you have administrator rights and re-download the ragemp, and run as administrator.
