RAGEMP Can't connect to the server... Trying again

Continue to get "RAGEMP Can't connect to the server... Trying again" When trying to join any server at all (Steam Version). I've reinstalled both GTA and RAGE more than 5 times. I've reinstalled to every drive on my PC, disabled antivirus, added RAGE as an exception for my firewall, and deleted all Rockstar related files, as well as making sure no mods are installed and verifying game cache. There's been absolutely no help anywhere online so I'm hoping you guys can! Thanks in advance
