Failed to launch gtaV.exe

Hello, when im trying to play GTA V throught ragemp  I get error failed to launch gtav.exe. It doesn`t depend on which server I will try to connect -> after the loading panel is downloading update it is starting to instal it and after that i get this error . Also after this error I get second error https://imgur.com/Zo65L4L . I tried all troubleshooting fixes in "Client troubleshooting blog" also tried fresh reinstalling both programs, I don`t know what to do more to fix this ( And yes i have legal GTA V)
