ragemp not starting.

What the title says.
When I start RAGEMP it closes instantly without any notice, I tried reinstalling GTA V, the client itself and disabling my antivirus/firewall.
I have also tried various tips from the troubleshooting guide, but none of them seem to work.

at first, there was a rockstar update. Thats why Rage currently dosnt work with the latest GTA Version.
Only way to fix this problem: Downgrade

Second... i have an suchlike same problem....
If RageMP starts the GTAV and i tab out into a browser or other application, the game crashes while loading.
Only if i wait until the game is fully started, then i can tab out of the game....

i know about the new update, I downgraded, and what i mean is ragemp the client itself doesnt' start, it doesn't even start the updater.
