Help (Server Local/Public)

Hello guys,

 

i want to host a local server to test my skins on hoodies etc. 

anyone can help me out with server files for testing clothes ?

(+ Creat a Custom Char) - for screenshots

(+ Cheat Clothes) - to test

and how can i add custom Skins?

 

Hope someone can help me out, im ready to do some custom skins, logos or wallpapers for your help.
