GTA don't start but appears in Task Manager

Hey,

i have an issue with the RageMP Launcher. I can't launch GTA with it. I have the Steam Version of GTA and if i start GTA by Steam, all works fine. But if i start GTA with the RageMP Launcher, it won't start. When the Rockstar Games Launcher starts it loads very long and disappears after a minute and nothing happens. GTA is in my Task Manager but don't appear onscreen. I tried serveral fixes but the problem is still there. I hope somebody can help me.
