GTA V dont Open after Starting.

Hello, i have a question. First I got banned on the DC for ask for Help. Why ??

Second and Least, I need help bcs if i run RageMP and want to play (join Server) the GTA application is not open.  (But i can see it in Taskmanager on 0% CPU)

If u need some more Infos pls tell me. 

 

Infos:

-GTA on Steam

-Installed all Redistributables

-Deactivate Firewall and Anticheat

-reinstalled RageMP 

-Troubleshooting Rage AND GTA V

-do it with Admin
