Supportsystem

Hey Guys, 

I want to build a support system, but unfortunately I don't know how to start. 

Supportsystem:

example: 

a Player write /support help me 

and only the Admins from the server get the message:

Player Name: help me

but I dont know how I write this

First of all you need an admin system. Then you create the command /support and you send the text to admins. You have the wiki to write how to do this things. I don't think there's anybody who's going to write you this script for free.

Okay and what do I habe to write if I have an admin system that only sees it? Also how do I send the text to the admins
