Map zone crash

Can someone help me? I have a crash problem when I pass in one zone of the map (view image) 

Alguien me puede ayudar? Se me crashea cuando paso por una zona concreta del mapa (mirar img)

This is a known crash zone, look at the image below to confirm you're crashing in this area. However, it is possible to get this fixed by doing the following

1.Go to Documents / Rockstar Games / GTA V / Profiles

2.Highlight all of the folders

3.Optional: Send to -> Compressed folder (zip) [So you don't lose your campaign progress]

4.Delete all of the folders

5.Restart your Game

6.When you restart, it will ask where to get your save file from, click 'Local Only'
