Bugs the folder

Hello, I have such a problem on 1.1, when you connect to the server in the folder RAGEMP/client_resources, a folder with characters is created and there are many files with characters in it. But it does not create a folder with ip hosting that contains files from client_packages

Files and folders are now encrypted, it's not a bug.
