RAGEMP won't launch GTA V

Hello, my RAGEMP doesn't launch GTA V. If I connect to a server, the RAGEMP launcher disappears then Rockstar Game Launcher pops up, loads then disappears, and that's it. The process is in task manager and steam says I'm in-game. This error only occurs on RAGEMP, Singleplayer and Online are working fine for me, does anyone have any idea why this is happening? (In case it helps, I'm not using any overlays nor am I running any programs that could cause the game to behave this way/crash, I checked the list on the discord server - oh and also I reinstalled RAGEMP several times, verified the game's cache twice and still no results)

I have the same exact issue....

I was in Mafia City, the game crashed on me and when I tried to just get back on it did this....

I've tried uninstalling GTA V completely, reinstalling Rage and rocket launcher, the online thing I am missing is the social club launcher installed?

I had that before........ but it still gave me the issue with it so I uninstalled it hoping to install it back but... I only found the Rockstar Game Launcher to download...

May RageMp is trying to run a different instant of the game some how? a different location?

Another latest log.... 

After placing it in Admin mode all the EXE files in the main directory, it actually opens and tries to launch - but now it's just stuck on the RAGEMP loading page, small one... saying "Launching the game..." GTA is running in the Background, so is Rockstar Launcher - but nothing happens....

It doesn't matter which server I join, the game won't start (SP works)

By now I already tried reinstalling everything at least once.

I was able to grab a Rage Installation of someone without the problem, but that didn't work.

There's no update for 1.1 version yet, only servers in 0.3.7 version will work with the latest GTAV update.

OK I DONT KNOW WHY but after replacing the Config file .xml in the RAGE MP directory there with one that says prerelease_1_51_0

Ran ExpressVPN on USA and ran the launcher, made sure everything is NOT on admin mode - GTA EXE files in the main directory - Rockstar Launcher Main directory too and RAGE MP too!

Ran it normally, worked...! hope it helped!
