Can't join to any server

Hi guys, I can't join to any server throw RAGE MP.
What I did to solve it:
- Reinstalled RAGE MP
-Tryied to put RAGE MP and GTA V in the same/different drives
-Checked GTA V files with Steam
-Turned off Discord overlay, MSI Afterburner, RiveTuner, Nvidia Shadowplay
-I dont'have any antiviruses, excepting Windows 10 firewall

After clicking to any server GTA starts to run, then "loading rage mp version 0.37..." and then crash.

Please help!
 

And also I have ping on all servers like that: 120 or 99 xd

I have had the same problem since that night, but when I want to start the gmae it says that i should run RageMP as a Admin.

I also have the problem with the ping.
