(SOLVED) Strange Collision Bug (client/server?) Cannot ram someone else.

Hello! I was working on my server that's based on C# bridge, running 0.3.7.0, anyways. I have some weird bug where a player sometimes me or sometimes someone else can freely ram me while I cannot even touch them, collisions are enabled (they cannot pass through, confirmed through share screen), vehicles arent invulnerable nor are the peds.

I'm honestly confused as to what's the problem here.

APPEARS TO BE FIXED ON RAGEMP 1.1.0 (I UPGRADED MY SERVER AND IT NO LONGER EXISTS)

NVM: SOLUTION/FIX: RAGE MP update (to 1.1.0 from 0.3.7) fixed it.
