Rage MP doesn't work

So, when I launch it - nothing happens. And that's all.Reinstall 2 time to C and D drive.No driver updates required.No need to download directx and VC++ because already tried it.Also, I saw two people who may have solved this problem by using VPN, I tried 2 different: NordVPN and TunnelBear(nothing).
It  was my first "launch" Rage MP.

I have fix it!
U need to run the "Windows Inplace Upgrade" google for it.
