ragemp_v.exe keeps deleting itself or is missing

Whenever I launch the updater (because the other file isnt there) It pops up for a second and I cannot use it nor copy it as it deletes itself, and it comes up with an error saying that It could not locate the file.

Did you disabled the antivirus/firewall?
