Pc delete a FILE of the program

I have a strange problem. I installed rage mp perfectly, but when i try to run it, my pc tells me that a file is missing. And i don't know why, my pc delete that file by itself when I install it. The missing file is ragemp_v.

I tried to move it from download, because a friend sent it to me, but i cannot move it to the rage's binder.

Please, help me, because i havent found a solution and all my friends are playing gta rolplay.
