The Rage mp launcher freezes

The Rage mp launcher freezes for about 15 seconds, 3 times in 10 minutes absolutely on all servers I will say more even in the login window when you only select the server there freezes therefore the server freezes that is, the picture just freezes for 15 seconds and that's it. On forum one server wrote there on expense this, tried to help not broke a, PC average capacity but pulls all perfectly there drawdowns fps, in other not less demanding games all OK. boomgate with these hang-UPS please.
