Error launch game

Hello why does rage mp give such an error when starting the game. I go through Epic games before it worked now it gives an error.

The program "C: \ RAGEMP \ multiplayerL.dll" is not designed to run on Windows or contains an error. Try installing the software again from the original installation media, or contact your system administrator or software vendor for support. Error status 0xc000007b.

I can`t speak russian but GTA was Updated now we have to wait for an Update of Rage

is an DX Error and can be fixed by installing the "Microsoft DirectX® End-User Runtime" from Microsoft. Else reinstall RageMP to get all dependencies.

I have everything installed reinstalled rage mp now gives an error that ragemp_v.exe not a 32bit application
