Can't connect to servers

In fact he could start RAGE, so he didn't update his game.

When i updated my game it wouldn't even launch it would tell me to update it still then i texted the Mods of the server that i tried to join they told me that i should downgrade it, after that it launched but it couldn't connect, i tried to connect to different servers but it's the same problem

can't access the channel, have a problem accepting the rules, whenever i hit the R sign nothing happens.
