RageMP Connection Issues

Today I've had two recurring issues, when trying to join a server one will occur if not, the other will.

The first issue is that after selecting a server to join my RageMP will load normally and my RGL will open, it'll say 'loading' and then sit on 'exit game' with a low costing GTA process in the background for as long as I leave it.

The second is that after clicking a server to join my RageMP will load normally and my RGL will open, it'll say 'loading' say exit game for a second or two and then instantly go to 'quitting game' and my process will end.

Heard a few others were having similar issues and I'm just hunting a fix if there is one.

X Also should add I am on the Steam version with my GTA loading through Steam / RGL.
