Config file is always changed

Hello!

Server where I play supports Rage MP 0.3.7.

I changed <channel> parameter in config.xml to prerelease_1_51_0 as you had said in several topics here. But ragemp_v.exe and updater.exe always change <channel> to the default prerelease during the launch.

So, I have two questions:

1. Why do they do it?

2. What should I do in such situation?

It has to be like that now, prerelease_1_51_0 has been already merged into prerelease branch.
