Rage mp error

Hello, I ran into a problem. For a week now I have not been able to log into the GTA5 server because of this error, I start Rage mp, after which it gives this error and the usual GTA 5 opens, tell me what to do? See screenshot below. thank

Restart your computer.

Restarting of computer do not solve this problem. I try it many times. May enter the game fot the 25th time. But this is a very bad prospect after the game crashes for 2 hours to torture youself and the computer.

 

(steam, i7-8700, gtx 1070ti, 16gb ram, SSD-SYS, HDD-GAM, win10)
