Rage Error Could not acces Game Process

Hey. I installed RAGEMP for the first time like two days ago. When I try to start it with steam there is an error where it says "ERROR: Could not access game process. Shutdown Steam/RGS and try again." When I start it i just get the error and it starts the regular story mode. I shutdown everything but it still doesn't work. I even reinstalled RageMP. Can somebody help me please fix this problem?
