An Error not by the rage but by Windows 10

Whenever I run the rage It updates and then the moment when the update is finished and it is the turn of rage mp to finally run then an error by windows 10(maybe Smartscreen's error) comes saying This app can not run on your PC. and there is only one option ---> Close. I have retail version of Gta V and latest updated Windows 10.
