Javascript clientside not loading Error

Hi there, if i take the latest release from folder of the rage mp (server-files), and push my client_packages/packages to it, it doesn't starts client_packages. No matter what  is in it, it just doesn't work, but if i downgrade server version with the same packages/client_packages, it works fine. I'm here just to ask if someone else have/had that problem? Or may be find solution of this problem?

P.S: Nothing wrong with client_packages/packages code
