FPS drops in 1.1

In any server that has version 1.1 they give me quite large FPS drops, like 70 FPS to 4 FPS, I don't know why it is and also in version 037 it works perfectly with more than 60 stable FPS, I have a fairly powerful PC and blunt that I suppose you can carry the GTA without problem, Basic components of the PC:

 

CPU Intel (R) Core (TM) i7-10700 CPU @ 2.90GHz

 

Memory 16.0 GB

 

GPU 0 NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER

 

Normal people with even worse PCs do not get these FPS drops and version 1.1 works much better than 037.

I do not know what I can do with this problem, I have tried to reinstall the gta, reinstall rage, reset factory PC, lower graphics to the minimum, be playing only the rage and nothing,  and it continues to lower FPS, if someone has one solution please that they can transmit it, thanks.

i have the same problem, in the version 037 the game works perfectly, but in the servers 1.1 version , when i press aany key of my keyboard the fps drop and the screen freeze and then, when i stop press the key the fps come back to normality.

i have tried the same thing and i have not able to fix that problem
