Can't I use stream deck in RAGE?

Hi guys, I'm new here in RAGE, I come from FiveM servers, and I have find a trouble that I only have here in this platform.

I use Stream Deack (Elgato) to throw some /do or something else, but when I try to throw a /do through my stream deck, the server not responds.

I only have the problem here in RAGE, I have never found before in other games (LoL, Fortnite, Notepad, etc) or FiveM.

Are there some solution to resolve that problem?
