lelele
Hello everyone, as stated in the title i try to run a 0.3.7 RageMP Server and accesss it with GTA V (installed via social club) version 1.52. I did install it by using the current RageMP Installer and using the "oldprerelease" branch in the config. The server starts without errors, but as soon as i try to enter it via the launcher, i get the error that my game version is not supported and that i should upgrade it to 1.50. I tried nearly all tips i could find on the internet, including reinstalling GTA V and RageMP, verifying the file integrity of GTA V and deleting version.txt and/or GTA V.exe. I would be really grateful, if somebody could help me out on this one. Edited December 1, 2020 by lelele
Xabi
That branch you're using has been deprecated, if you want the stable one, change your config.xml branch to prerelease and update your RAGE client.
lelele
Thank you for your quick reply, but doesn't that change the RageMP version to 1.1? I need the 0.3.7 version since i am using an old .dll resource that doesn't work with 1.1. Running it on the prerelease branch RageMP gives me the error: Could not load type 'GTANetworkAPI.Client' from assembly 'Bootstrapper, Version=1.1.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'. -> Error starting 'shop' System.TypeLoadException: Could not load type 'GTANetworkAPI.Client' from assembly 'Bootstrapper, Version=1.1.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'. at System.Signature.GetSignature(Void* pCorSig, Int32 cCorSig, RuntimeFieldHandleInternal fieldHandle, IRuntimeMethodInfo methodHandle, RuntimeType declaringType) at System.Reflection.RuntimeMethodInfo.FetchNonReturnParameters() at System.Reflection.RuntimeMethodInfo.GetParameters() at GTANetworkInternals.CommandCollection..ctor(Resources res) at GTANetworkInternals.CommandHandler.Register(Resources res) at GTANetworkInternals.GameServer.StartResource(String resourceName, String parent) On oldprerelease it loads without problem. Xabi
As long as you don't delete 0.3.7 server files (server.exe and so) it should be working with the latest version.
