Voicemeter/RTX Voice on RageMP

Hello, I recently tried using Voicemeter on RageMP servers, Voicemeter is an application that allows you to increase volume/bass in your microphone, I asked my friend if he could hear me properly but My voice was so laggy and he could barely understand what I was saying, I've seen other people use it as well but they got no problems, I just want to know, is it possible to use RTX Voice and Voicemeter on RageMP servers at the same time or do you need very high spec PC for it?
