Could not access game process, where is "System Control"

I found an official way to fix this error from rage mp, 

1. If you have Kaspersky, click on the gear icon at the bottom left;
2. Disable the "System Control" option;
3. Restart Rage:MP;
4. If the problem persists, disable any other antivirus and firewall installed on your PC and restart Rage:MP again.

Can someone please tell me where is that "System Control", I just can't find it, this error goes away when I turn off my kaspersky, but I don't really wanna do that, I would like to disable system control if possible.

I also got banned from discord server for asking some help about this problem, that's kinda fck up
