I can't play, mouse bug

Hello together,

I'm new here and this is my first time playing gta5 on a RP server. 
The problem I have is that when i start the rage mp client my mouse is bugged in the center of the screen and i can't login to my account (because it is to far left) and I also can't create a new one (since the confirm button is unreachebel). I already tried to look for a solution but i didn't find anything usefull yet. I would love to play with the community soon so I would appreciate any help.

Try changing your mouse input setting in the game. Mine was set to Windows and I changed it to raw input and that worked for me.

The thing is that I can't open the options menu
