How to start server development (Need help)

Hey all, I recently moved you to the platform, other platforms, and I've played a little think about creating my project, programming languages I know on a basic level, but since I'm not very familiar with the platform I would like to ask for help from those who have already created the project and wrote the mod from scratch!!!
I need help that I can't figure out where to start to develop the project, and if not difficult, please unsubscribe by those who know how to do, I need a phased plan for this!!! Please be understanding, thank you!
