Lost Connection. Reconnecting Error

Whenever I try to join any server, I get a "Lost Connection. Reconnecting" error. I have never ever been able to join ANY server, and thus have never been able to play GTA RP.

 

Here's what I've tried;

1. Disabled Antivirus
2. Disabled Firewall
3. Use a VPN
4. Use a Mobile Hotspot
5. Verify GTA 5 Game Cache
6. Reinstall RageMP
7. Delete the "client_resources" Folder

 

Is there something I am doing wrong? I've tried running everything in admin mode, and such. Help would be appreciated. It's been 3 years. I haven't been able to play and each time I get motivated to try again, this happens.
