[UPDATED][1.1+] Server-side chrome debugger

Webstorm successfully connects to debug. The debug console works and also I see links to my *.ts modules. 

But the breakpoints in Webstorm do not work. Work only "debugger;" instruction in the code, execution stops and I can follow by my typescript code in the IDE. 

Is this a limit of the rage-server, or do I need to look fo the problem in my IDE? 

 

UPD: I also noticed that the debug does not work every time when rage-server starts. 1/3 cases, the debug is not attached.
