I planed to start new server.

I'm look around platform about fivem gtmp and Ragemp.

Ragemp is look cool.

I have little question?

Rage can be make roleplay server like gtmp or fivem?

Such like ilegal job,legal job ,goverment job like cop or doctor or anything need on roleplay server?

I need to make roleplay with gangwar server,it possible?

One more question? There is any npc ped or traffic sync on server or it possible to make city life just like original gtao server?

It depends on developers. There's node.js and C# API, each developer can create his own server.  The answer is - you can if you are familiar with javascript or C#

why do ya ask this things? better learn to programming, on all gta v multiplayer platforms you have the resources to build gangs, factions etc.
