suggestion Ban Cheaters not only with a Hard Drive ID Ban

Hello all, 

I wanted to bring this topic to light as many RageMP projects are affected by this among others and it's the hackers!

If it is possible to ban not only the hardware ID from the hard drives but also other hardware IDs such as graphics card IDs or the motherboard hardware ID, which are harder to bypass. This would not only protect the RP servers more, but also ensure the game fun again on all servers within the RageMP network.

While other anticheat & anti tampering related things are currently being worked on, the new HWIDs are also planned. Stay tuned.
