In the last thread that I was closed, they told me that I was using a third-party launcher, although the video showed that I was launching the usual rage. 

Now I have reinstalled windows and all programs and the fact that my ip in the bloking was confirmed. What stupid reason are you going to close the Xabi thread now?

Dude chill if you want somebody to help you in this thread, you were launching a custom launcher in latest video that's why it was closed. Regarding your current RAGE problem:

First of all, launch updater.exe, not ragemp_v.exe.

Secondly you should disable compatibility mode launching and all the options you checked on file properties.

Third, I can't see what happens with the launcher updating the client, you cut the video before letting it finish downloading.

I'm calm, I just can't log in normally for a week now. By the way, at the end of the video, I could not connect to the server and turned off the recording, but when I turned off the vpn, I was still connected to the server. And in my first thread, I launched both the usual rage and the gtavrp launcher, showing that both did not start, it was just that the gtav rp launcher would have loaded the interface. no, it crashes. if you constantly turn vpn on and off, this can be avoided, however, I want to know how to make it so that I don’t use vpn

I found how to get around this problem, but I can't figure out what is causing it? Now I can't use rage without vpn?
