VPNs are only needed if your IP is blacklisted, you should talk to your ISP to change it.

"Connection closed, reconnecting..." doesn't mean you're crashing, it means you can't reach the server itself.

I have a static IP address, in order to change it I need to collect a lot of documents and go to the provider's office. I am writing to you on the forum in the hope of unlocking my IP

RAGE didn't block your IP, there are blacklists around the internet and CloudFlare, for example, checks these lists in order to detect suspicious IPs. There's nothing we can do.

I used other resources using cloudflare but they work great, I used the services to check ip and they said that my ip has no blocking from cloudflare I think the problem is on your side

Not every site has the same ruleset and no, the server you're playing into is not ours.

So the problem is not connecting to the server, but entering rage.
