When I message back the moderators they just stop responding. It's a shame that the staff of this platform don't care about their community. I was in the middle of development with a server but after I saw how they manage the situation, I changed to the other platform... 1

You can ask me or any other moderator thousand times the same question and we will always answer the same. 1

Do none of you have direct contact with the higher ranks in the Discord who can fix this issue? Someone has to make them aware of this issue. I thought I had it bad with not being able to verify since March, but seeing that this post has been up since January 2024 rly makes me lose hope I'll ever get access to the Discord, which'll probably force me to give up on the platform altogether since it's crucial for the development of my server ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
