Blackout not working in Rage 1.1?

Good day, I recently tried to make Blackout on my server, but for some reason it doesn’t work, or rather you can see some changes, but the light itself does not turn off, I thought that maybe I had modifications, but when I went offline I checked, it’s there it works, I use the method

RAGE.Game.Graphics.SetBlackout(bool);
