Update of CEF version?

If ya'll updsting Node and CEF can u also update bootstrapper.. so it can support .Net 10... or older Versions but anything above 3.1 netcore

For clarification, the platform currently implements the latest available CEF version that supports hardware acceleration reliably. While there's a recently submitted patch to Chromium to address this, it is not yet merged due to performance concerns.
