Error loading any of the servers

When starting the server, 2 errors pop up, the first one could not start the game, please try to reinstall the game, the second ERROR:could not access the game process.Shutdown Rockstar games launcher and steam/epic games store and try again,gta 5 version enchanted,it didn't work on the legacy version either, I already asked each AI and no one knows what to do more precisely, everyone offers the same thing and nothing works,it's not about the server, I tried on many and the most popular servers.One AI says that it is necessary to install the Legacy version,the other Enchanted I do not understand which version to install.PLEASE HELP ME
