World War 3 Roleplay Text Based

I've been working on a project for a while now called WW3RP - it's a serious text-based military roleplay server built on Rage MP. If you ever played WW3RP on Garry's Mod back in the LemonPunch days, it's that concept brought into GTA 5. Two opposing factions fighting over territory in an active warzone, heavy on the RP but with real TDM and combat mechanics built into the framework. Nothing like this has been done on Rage MP before. This isn't a reskin of someone else's gamemode or a cops and robbers server with camo outfits. Every system has been built from scratch specifically for this concept - faction structures, territory control, a requisitions economy, inventory and crafting, squad systems, the whole thing.

Here's the problem though. I'm completely solo on this. Every single line of code, every system, every design decision - that's all been me. And I can keep building systems all day, that's what I do. But a server like this doesn't survive on scripts alone and there's only so much one person can do. I need people.

I'm not looking for developers. The development side is handled. What I need is everything around it.

Community Managers - People who actually know how to run a community. Keep a Discord active, handle applications, manage the day to day stuff that keeps people coming back. I'm a developer, not a community manager, and I'd rather be honest about that than pretend I can do everything.

Faction Leaders - Both sides of the war need people at the top who know how to run military RP. People who've done this on other servers before, who understand chain of command, who can recruit and organize players under them and actually lead operations when things go live. All the systems are already there - ranks, promotions, divisions, radio channels, operational orders - but those systems need actual leaders behind them to make them mean something.

Generally Interested People - Even if you don't want a leadership role, I need people who are genuinely interested in the concept and want to get in early. People who want to help test, give feedback, and have a real say in how things develop before launch. The server is up and you can already join, create an account and make characters, but we haven't even hit alpha yet. This is ground floor stuff. If you help shape this now, you're not just joining a server - you're building one.

This is a passion project and it's something I genuinely believe hasn't been attempted before in this space. But I'm realistic enough to know that one guy alone isn't going to pull it off without help. If any of this sounds like something you'd want to be part of, come check it out.
