Laricent Posted December 11, 2018 Posted December 11, 2018 Hello fellow RP'ers, I'd like to know you opinion about the above topic. I would love to see a resource or option in RageMP to enable world traffic and pedestrians. I think this will make newly started server feel more alive. What do you think, is it desirable that we can enable these options? Kind regards, 1
JamesBeast Posted December 12, 2018 Posted December 12, 2018 Please, never again refer to members of this community and forum as 'RP'ers' We are ragers 😡😡😡😡😡 21 hours ago, Laricent said: What do you think, is it desirable that we can enable these options? No one is going to disagree with this men, maybe better ask do you think it is worth the developers time to add this over other features 3
Laricent Posted December 13, 2018 Author Posted December 13, 2018 Lol, sorry that I may have humiliated you by saying you are a RP'er, thought a large part of this community were roleplayers and ragers. On-Topic: I do think this is a nice feature to have, I don't know if the developers have higher priorities for other features. Maybe it's worth a try to look at this 😀
JamesBeast Posted December 14, 2018 Posted December 14, 2018 @Laricent dont worry men, have you seen the post from the developers regarding 0.4 Ped sync and traffic is definitely on the agenda 2
Laricent Posted December 16, 2018 Author Posted December 16, 2018 I love the blogpost you mentioned @Jaimuzu! Do you know where can I find more information about entity types and examples for peds or world traffic? Looking forward to these 0.4 releases! 1
JamesBeast Posted December 16, 2018 Posted December 16, 2018 You're welcome men @Laricent 0.4 isnt released yet, might be best to wait till then before you attempt world traffic. You can create peds, find models for them on the wiki here https://wiki.rage.mp/index.php?title=Peds and use functions to have them move, animate die etc, however i believe the majority of the functionality is clientside and not synchronized, so you will have to do that yourself, best to wait for serverside sync'd peds in 0.4. 1
Casper Guzman Posted January 17, 2019 Posted January 17, 2019 The higher the speed, the higher the likelihood of serious or deadly injuries. 30 km The probability of survival at hour/hour is 90%, 60 km On / hour it is 25%. Likewise, at the high speed, the circumference decreases the driver's view, increasing the distance needed to stop and reduces the available response times completely.
