Error when launching the game with the launcher

Hello,

 

I recently have installed RageMP on my PC with the right client for my game version, (Steam with last game's update) and the hotfix3.

When I try to join a server the Social Club launchers says "Steam failed to initialize. Please exit and try again".

 

I've disabled almost everything from my desktop, no mods and no overlay. Still nothing. Can somebody knows why ? Thanks a lot.
