I finally got an IO Exception.. WiredPlayer.resources.dll is missing. But it also does not get build when I rebuild it with core2.2. Any experience?

That's normal, won't make any crash or nothing strange.

this is strange. 
I got one question to ask.

You are calling the events from server-side like normal.
In e.g. Login.cs you are registering the server-called events (via Event.Add) in the constructor.
But the constructor never gets called by any entry class. 

So RAGE is triggering every constructor in every class after you joined or how will the class gets initialized?

Yes, extending from Script makes RAGE call the constructor and initialize the class.

I have updated to 0.3.7, but after I started the server, the characters still can't move in the safe house after entering the game.

I put enable-clientside-cs.txt in my RAGEMP directory.

It seems it's not working, so you didn't create it on the path it must go (root folder), or just test on another PC.

I created enable-clientside-cs.txt in the root of RAGEMP.
