You edited meta.xml more than you should, only "value" tag should be modified, not the "name" tag.

Yes, you have to create the vehicles and set their faction to march the job id, as stated on the FAQ located on GitHub. 1

I don't know anything about what deathmatch resource you're talking, anyway is not related to this gamemode, so maybe you should ask to its author.
