steam failed to initialize

I did it. But still have ownership error. I extract that patch in game folder. run steam first . And then luncher . Click on servers. And now rockstar social club showing me owner ship error. I replaced update.rpf version 1.36 too. Sitll have error . I try all rage mp clients files

I dont have any server. I mean rage mp servers in luncher server list. I dont know wich one is social and wich one is steam

So look, friend, follow all the instructions:
1) Download (here) the correct version and hotfix;
2) Download (here) a patch that will rollback your GTA V to version 1.36 as at the moment the multiplayer is working on it (but the source code files of the original save for the future);
3) Downloaded the patch (2 paragraph) how do you understand you must move to the root folder with GTA V, but as I wrote above, the source of the original files just in case save;

ok i test it. its not worked. i did all things right i sure. Ownership problem.

Same Issue, downloaded the Steam version and the new Hotfix 3, getting this error:
