lag lagging players

If I hit a player, or they die, they move wierdly. Watch the video linked down.

It's very annoying, as I want to make a server.

Localhost or some VPS/server?

So what can I do?

I host it on my (pretty strong) laptop, and connect to it from another laptop and this.

I connect to 127.0.0.1:22005 from this, and to the local ip from other one

Not sure what can be the issue, but have never faced that problem before. Seems like the animation was stopping for the player by some script.
