Hello there, a few days ago i posted a message in "support-devs" channel asking for future sync optimizations and asking why there is a different sync on other clients. Well... when i did mention of those other "clients" the bot automatically banned me. I received a global ban for "cheating" on RageMP – and while this might not be completely unjustified from a technical point of view, I would like to clarify that I have **never cheated in any RP gameplay** to gain an unfair advantage. --- ### 🔧 Background: Some time ago, we built our own server and were testing and configuring the anti-cheat systems. As part of this process, we used tools such as `1337`, `0x`, and various scripts to simulate cheating behavior and test detection accuracy. I fully acknowledge that third-party software was involved, but **only in the context of internal server development and not for public gameplay**. --- ### ❗ Current Situation: This incident is already some time ago. Recently, I wanted to return to RP and found that my account is still globally banned. This includes a character with **significant playtime and several hundred euros invested** in in-game content. I’ve been active in RP for many years, working as an **admin and anti-cheat checker** on various servers. I’ve always been on the side of fair play and never used cheats in actual sessions. --- ### ❌ Issue with EAC Appeal: I tried to contact Easy Anti-Cheat directly via their [appeal form](https://www.easy.ac/en-US/support/contact/appeal/), but unfortunately I **did not receive a Reference ID** during the ban – the system requires one to proceed, which blocks me from submitting an appeal. --- ### 🙏 Request: I kindly ask the RageMP team to manually review my case. It was never my intention to cause harm or violate community rules. I simply wanted to help build a better protected environment on a private server. So i got a problem with starting RageMP: Everytime i start RageMP i get a message which says: "You have been automatically banned by EasyAntiCheat for cheating software. All EAC bas are automatically issued and revoked. If you believe you were banned by mistake, your ban will be lifted automatically later (which never happened). Global ban expiry date: permanent; 22641389" . I already tried to reinstall RageMP many times and even reinstalled Windows 3 times but nothing worked. I also deleted all my files on my compuer about 4 Times but i still get the same message. I never did download any cheat and if some cheats were downloaded then i didn't do it on purpuse. I thought when i reinstall windows that many times and also deleted everything it should work - shoult it? So what can i do? Maybe a PC - Scan or smth like that? Because i don't know where the Cheat is saved (If there is one) - especially because i deleted everything so many times. I just wanna play again and don't wanna buy a whole new PC for it . Greetings, I would like to apply for an unban from the official RageMp Discord server. I was banned about a year ago I think for asking when the Rage compatibility update is coming. Didn't know at that time that there was information posted about it. Could really use the Discord server as every now and then hiccups occur during development of my server and this forum isn't exactly active. Cheers
